Essential oils are powerful. Let’s keep it safe and simple:

• Dilute “hot oils” (Cinnamon, Oregano, Clove, On Guard, Cassia, Wintergreen, Birch,Thyme, etc.)
• Always dilute for kids, elderly, or sensitive skin. Dilute with a carrier oil like coconut, jojoba, argan, etc.
• Eyes? If you ever get oil in our eyes always use a carrier oil or straight milk to rinse (never water!) Water and oil repel and will just drive the oil deeper into your eyes!
• Avoid sun exposure after applying citrus oils for 24 hours
• Internal Use? Look for a Supplement Facts label (See Picture)
• Use glass or stainless steel for drinking—no plastic or Styrofoam
• Start small: Just 1–2 drops internally at first
• Keep oils and supplements out of reach of young children and always do a test patch first
• Apply to safe areas like the bottoms of feet, along the spine, or diluted on the chest.
